Student Advisory Service
Students are advised by all lecturers at the Institute of Urban and Regional Planing and by the Student Advisory Service. Prof. Dolff-Bonekämper as the Program Coordinator is responsible for the organisation of the Student Advisory Service. The service is carried out by two student employees.
The Student Advisory Service’s tasks include helping students to carefully plan their studies, based on the opportunities offered by the program, examination regulations and the list of courses. At the same time, they provide information on application processes, student organizations and other topics.
Office Hours: 10.00 am- 13.30pm
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10.00- 13.30
The consultation hours are on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. We do consult via WEB. Peferred Tools: ZOOM, WebEX Prior registration is not required, but there may be short waiting times. Individual appointments are also possible by prior arrangement.

Tasks and Consultation of the Advisory Service
The various tasks and offers include:
- consultation hours during the week, as well as individual consultations
- helping to work out student timetables
- providing information on types of examinations
- providing information on processes for registration formalities
- providing support for the acknowledgement of course work completed elsewhere
- information material, results sheets, and degree program and examination regulations
- passing on guidelines defined in the program and examination regulations
- sharing contacts for other advisory offices
- carrying out an information event as part of the TU school information days
- participating in course and curriculum planning
- editing student information booklets
- orientation week for first semester students in cooperation with Projektrat
